Coaching Yourself to Professional and Personal Success: Where Do You Want to Go?

September 2012

Whatever your current job circumstances, goals or dreams might be, you are determined to make your life be what you want it to be! We will be exploring a variety of topics with professional coaches who have helped others identify ways and activities to enhance many areas of their lives:

  • Having difficult or critical conversations
  • Influencing with/out authority
  • Defining your personal legacy
  • Finding a mentor within your company
  • When/How to say "no"
  • Controlling your time vs. other people controlling you
  • Advocating for yourself

This special WLMA event will open with a brief general session on how to maximize any coaching situation, and get what you need from it, whether formal or informal. We will then break out into smaller groups, each led by a coach, to explore a select topic that is most relevant to you, and hear from others what their experience has been. Learn from both young and seasoned career professionals some of the challenges that they have faced and, with the help of a coach, work out actionable solutions. We look forward to this great evening where we can empower ourselves and each other to realize new heights. Don't miss it!
