Angela Sabbe

Angela Sabbe is an Associate Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice at Navigant Consulting. She has over fifteen years of experience performing complex, data-intensive financial analyses to determine damages or potential liabilities for clients in both the litigation and non-litigation environment.  She has extensive experience in all phases of electronic data management including data collection, data validation and quality assessment, detailed data analysis and economic modeling and synthesis of large volumes of transactional and disparate data. Her specialties include data and privacy breaches, wage and hour class action disputes, healthcare disputes and investigations, consumer class actions, royalty and licensing audits, claims processing, and government investigations. 

Michelle Timpe

Michelle Timpe is an associate with Sauer & Wagner LLP.  She focuses on civil litigation in the areas of employment litigation (and employment counseling), entertainment/intellectual property litigation, real property/construction defect litigation and business litigation.  At S&W, Michelle assists clients through all phases of litigation, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials.  Her work has resulted in successful summary judgment motions and very favorable settlements.

Farah Tabibkhoei 

Farah Tabibkhoei is a senior litigation associate at Reed Smith LLP.  Her practice focuses on product liability, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation.  She specializes in the defense of medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies facing complex product liability litigation. She also represents lenders and lessors in the collection and enforcement of judgments.  She received her B.A. from UC Irvine and her J.D. from USC.
