Influence as the Key to Career Success & Advancement: 
Building & Exerting Your Influence


To move up in one's career and continue to move up, a person needs to be noticed. An individual's sphere of influence is their most important career asset. Like any asset however, it yields great returns only if one protects it and invests in it.
   
This training seminar will be held live in Chicago and via an interactive satellite in Boston, Los Angeles, New York and Washington, DC.  Women will be guided to recognize the critical role influence plays on their career advancement and their responsibility to grow and nurture their influence within their organizations. Many individuals believe that building influence means simply doing high-quality work and being a good team player. Although these are components of building influence with others, they omit a key differentiator: assuming an active verses a passive role in how you build influence. This seminar is designed to help professionals to "own" their careers and take an active role using influence to achieve career goals. Individuals will learn to leverage and capitalize on their experience and expertise so that they can grow influence within their organizations.
